Siebel saturated the market many years ago with its solutions for almost every type of business in its vertical releases. Effective decision-making on the correct CRM solution is crucial in an economic downturn where both implementation and hiring costs have skyrocketed in prior years.

Salesforce.com and Siebel offer varied functionality and extreme differences in the assessment of time, money, and resources. While Salesforce.com is the expeditious solution, Siebel has a lot more to offer but takes more resources and a longer time to implement.
